I know I’ve been teasing you for a while now about something new. I wanted to wait until I’d completely perfected what it’s going to look like before putting it out there.
That’s done now and I am beyond excited to finally share it with you!
Big drum roll please……..
I am launching a whole new arm to the business, Busy Connections.
Before I jump in and tell you all about it, let me give you some background as to how it’s come about.
Connecting people is what I love and what I do best, and it’s what I’ve spent the past 13 years doing. After starting Busy Women Networking back in 2011, it’s grown to 14 groups across 8 counties. After much persuasion in 2022 I launched mixed groups with Busy Networking and that’s already grown to 4 groups in 3 counties. We also have expansion plans for this year too……
It’s been an absolute privilege working with so many brilliant business owners and I’ve seen the power of networking and what it can do for businesses on a daily basis.
I’ve learnt myself what it takes to grow a successful business, and championed countless other businesses to do the same using our networks.
So the idea started to brew - how could I give businesses more opportunities to connect and grow as well as share everything I’ve learnt through growing my own business
I thought long and hard. I mapped out some ideas. I talked to people, asked what they were struggling with the most.
And so, Busy Connections is here, giving businesses the opportunity to :
Under the umbrella of Busy Connections are 3 strands:
Connection events:
These will be open to everyone and perfect for those that want to make both more connections in wider circles and connect outside of the monthly networking meetings.
There will be no lockouts, no numbers cap, just innovative events and experiences to increase your reach.
Skills training:
The business world moves at pace and when you run your own business, it can be hard to keep up and dedicate the time to learning new things.
So, I’m going to make it easy for you. I’ll source experts and run the sessions, all you need to do is come along, learn, put those skills into practice.
Again, these are open to everyone, so bring your friend, neighbour or Aunty - anyone that wants to learn basically.
Mastermind group:
Lastly I wanted to create a small intimate group for those who are ready to really elevate their business to the next level. Surrounding yourself with ambitious, successful, like minded people is one of the best ways to grow both personally and professionally. This group is for business owners ready to scale and innovate, ready to be brave and focus and make 2024 their year of growth. It’s a monthly membership with quarterly meets in luxury locations and access to support from me and the group as often as you need it.
There’s only space for 10 people and will be application only so I can craft a group with similar business goals.
Underpinning all of those strands is FUN! Business does not have to be boring and the same attitude and ethos that we have at all of the groups will run
through Busy Connections.
I hate serious, dry and dull events and I can guarantee you none of these events will be that!

Both BWN and BN will continue to run as normal, nothing will change there.
